DAY #208

Beth Fairchild, 36 and a mother of two, says she was in the prime of her life when she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer two years ago.

Through Pfizer’s Breast Cancer: A Story Half Told initiative, she is joining other women in sharing her story and telling people what it’s like to live with metastatic disease, the most advanced form of breast cancer. “To me, staying positive was a quality-of-life issue. Is it going to help me live longer? Probably not. But am I going to have however long I have left happy and bright? Absolutely.”
