These amazing, grass root breast cancer organizations are uniting to honor the fight against breast cancer and raise funds for their foundations.
AGENDA
Day 1: Friday, October 31 | 5 PM Meeting Time | 7 PM Parade
Join us for a very original event – we are walking in tutus and pink firemen hats at the New York Village Halloween Parade. The parade is a “wildly creative, Public Participatory Event in the Greatest City in the World!”. That means that we can just show up for the fun- except we are doing this to raise funds for our amazing non-profits. Our group will be led by our “Men in Pink” and leading ladies to show solidarity against breast cancer.
Donation: $35.00 (includes tutu and fireman hat!)
Location: Meeting at Citizen M Hotel at 4:30 PM for a complimentary cocktail courtesy of CitizenM Hotel! Detailed agenda and map to be emailed via EventBrite to event participants.
Day 2: Saturday, November 1 | 10 AM Brunch | 1:30, 3 PM NYC “On Location” Tours
Join us on Saturday for a day of fun. The “Men in Pink” and their leading ladies will start their day at a brunch at 230 Fifth Avenue for a meet and greet. Learn about the difference they make to the lives of men and women living with breast cancer.
Survivors and their families will also have an opportunity to take some pictures with our gang, wearing tutus and fireman hats of course! Weather permitting, the Empire State Building will be our backdrop!
